It is really important that you research what is the average income in that area. If the income is in the middle to high bracket, it is probably worth to open a day spa, if there ar not any around the area already. If it is in a middle, or middle to lower income bracket area, it is probably worth to do a nail salon.

Remember, before you decide on any of these two options research your area and become well informed onwhat are the needs of the area you plan to open the business in.
